Please read everything carefully and arrive on time. If you have any questions, please call/text at 440-497-0894 or email us.

In-HOUSE Tournament: KIDS

PARENT/GUARDIAN REMINDER
All children must be supervised by a parent or 18-and-over guardian at all times while inside the facility. Kids are welcome to use the front mats for warmups after the rules demonstration.

Only kids competing are allowed on the mats. Adults will also be using the front mats for warm-ups. Please help us maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone participating.

SCHEDULE

8:00 AM: Check-in and final weigh-ins start in lobby
9:00 AMRequired rules demonstration on back mats. All competitors and referees must attend. Please be on time.
Kids Matches Begin: 15 minutes following the rules demonstration to allow for warmups.

GI & NO-GI SCHEDULING
If competing in both Gi and No-Gi divisions, Gi matches will take place first. Once they've completed the Gi matches, they'll be placed into the No-Gi bracket.

In general, all No-Gi matches will begin after the Gi divisions have concluded, though some may start earlier depending on mat availability. Please listen for your child's name and remain nearby when their division is active.

THE BRACKET TABLE

The Bracket Table is where match order and results are managed. Competitors can check in with staff here for medal pickup and match-related questions.

At the Bracket Table, there will be two labeled buckets: One for winners and one for consolation. After each match, competitors will place their name in the appropriate bucket. These names help determine the next round of matchups. Please listen for your child's name and stay nearby when their division is active.
