Adult classes encourage learning within the group. We are all here to grow and learn together. A variety of students are welcome, to include those interested in recreation, fitness and health, competition, as well as self-defense. We work with you at your level.

Although there are over 600 techniques in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu studies of real fights have shown that 36 techniques have been used more often and with greater success than all other techniques combined. These 36 techniques are divided into 23 different classes and make up the Fundamentals course.


Class is separated into two groups—kids and juniors.
Kids, ages 5-6. These entertaining classes help children develop their athleticism while focusing on exercise and motor skills. Children will have fun while learning self-defense skills and engaging in healthy activities.


Juniors, ages 7-12. This program helps a child develop their athleticism while focusing on exercise and diet. They are taught to encourage their peers and build up each other in the learning process.


Open Mat is a time for students to spar (or "roll"), drill techniques, and work on specific problem areas. Open Mat is included in the monthly fee.
